Frequently asked questions
What counts as a team seat?
Anyone on your team who accepts their invitation and holds an active or paused company card. Pending invites never consume paid seats until accepted.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get 7 full days to invite teammates and design cards. No payment is taken upfront, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Can I add or remove seats anytime?
Yes. You can add seats at any point with prorated charges. When someone leaves, removing them immediately frees up their seat for a new hire.
How do I pay?
In Nigeria, payments are processed securely via Paystack in Naira (cards and direct bank transfer). Worldwide, payments are in USD or EUR by card.
What happens to personal cards?
Personal stays personal. Team members can maintain their own personal cards independently. Leaving a team card never affects their personal cards.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing anytime in your Workspace Settings to lock in volume and yearly discounts.
